Michelle M. Hung, O.D.
Dr. Michelle Hung is a skilled optometrist with many years of experience in providing professional, caring and top quality eye care in Houston with a focus on building lasting patient relationships. Dr. Hung received her Bachelor of Sciences degree from University of Manitoba in Canada and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Hung is a board certified optometric glaucoma specialist with years of experience in diagnosing, managing and educating patient on various ocular diseases: Cataract, Glaucoma, Dry eye, Anterior segment and Retinal diseases. Dr. Hung also has extensive experience in fitting various contact lenses including Multifocal, Toric, and gas permeable (RGP) lenses of various designs including Bitoric, Keratoconus, and Multifocal.
Dr. Hung’s Clinical Training included:
- Vision Health Specialties: Managing Pre-operative and Post-operative surgeries including LASIK, LASEK, cataracts, cornea, and retina.
- Brooke Army Medical Center: Anterior segment ocular diseases
- Robert Cizik Eye Clinic ( Hermann Eye Center): Specialty contact lens fitting
- University Eye Institute: Specialty Pediatric Services Managing Pre-operative and Post-operative surgeries including LASIK, cataracts, cornea and retina.
Dr. Hung and her husband has been Houston Heights residents for over 10 years and love being Members of First Presbyterian Church of Houston. They enjoy facilitating the Looking Toward Marriage Class at FPC and being involved with local arts community such as Houston Art League. Dr. Hung enjoys traveling, live music, cooking, and entertaining friends at her home in The Heights.
Lara Fady, O.D. 
Dr. Lara Fady is a licensed therapeutic optometrist and certified optometric glaucoma specialist in Houston, Texas. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Science degree and received her doctorate degree with high honors from the University of Houston College of Optometry.
Throughout optometry school, Dr. Fady was president of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society for her outstanding educational accomplishments and was chosen to receive the Dry Eye excellence Award in her graduating class. Dr. Fady provides innovative and custom vision solutions for her patients and has special interests in dry eye disease, specialty contact lenses, and pediatrics.
Dr.Fady’s clinical rotations and training included:
- Plaza Vision Center (Dallas, TX): Anterior segment disease and Specialty contact lens fitting
- Cedar Springs Community Eye Clinic (Dallas, TX): Posterior segment ocular disease
- University Eye Institute (Houston, TX): Specialty Dry Eye treatment, Low Vision, Pediatrics, and Specialty contact lens fittings.
Dr. Fady was born in Lebanon and moved to Houston in 2006. She is multilingual and enjoys Houston’s rich cultural scene, and world class dining. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and participating in outdoor activities.
Richard Ullman, O.D.
Dr. Richard Ullman has been practicing optometry for over 50 years in the greater Houston area. He has a wonderful and vibrant history with all his patients since many of them have been seeing him exclusively for their vision needs for years. He has decided to continue building his legacy at Eye to Eye. We know his patients will enjoy our state of the art facility along with the familiar comfort that Dr. Ullman gives to each and every one of his patients. We are all excited to have him be part of the team!
Dr. Janna Pham

Dr. Janna Pham is a licensed optometrist that is passionate about providing exceptional comprehensive eye care, specialty contact lens fittings, and myopia management. She is a glaucoma specialist and is certified in EyePrint Pro. Dr. Pham received her Bachelor of Science and Arts degree in Biology at The University of Texas at Austin (hook ’em horns!) and graduated Magna Cum Laude at the University of Houston College of Optometry (go coogs!). After graduating optometry school, Dr. Pham completed the Cornea and Contact Lenses residency at the University of Houston College of Optometry, where she received extensive training in managing various advanced corneal and ocular surface conditions (dry eye, limbal stem cell deficiency, keratoconus, corneal transplants, etc.) and fitting contact lenses such as custom soft contact lenses, gas permeable lenses, hybrid lenses, ortho-keratology, and scleral lenses. During her optometric career, Dr. Pham has had the honor and opportunity to earn multiple awards, serve on multiple local and national committees, and speak at conferences nationally and internationally. While Dr. Pham stays actively involved in the optometric community, her passion lies in patient care and establishing long-lasting patient relationships.

- Cherokee Nation Health Services (Tahlequah, OK): minor laser procedures, comprehensive and urgent eye care, retinal diseases
Dr. Pham is a Houston native and loves everything the city has to offer- food, culture, sports teams. She speaks some Vietnamese and a little Spanish, and she is constantly working on improving her proficiency in both! Dr. Pham loves traveling, eating yummy foods, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
